Contact. The website provides an email link that opens your email application. It does not contain a contact form. If you write to ANTOKA, your email address and the information you choose to provide are used to respond to your enquiry. Please limit your message and attachments to information relevant to that exchange. Incoming email passes through Google mail servers.
Browsing. Displaying pages and media requires technical exchanges with the servers providing them, including your IP address and the resource requested. The website is hosted by Hostinger; its MP4 videos are loaded from media.antoka.fr, also hosted by Hostinger.
Fonts. Portfolio pages automatically load fonts from the external Monotype service through fonts.net. Loading these resources sends the information required for the connection to that service. The font kit also includes a mechanism for counting font usage. A Cloudflare security cookie named __cf_bm was observed on fonts.net; Cloudflare states that it detects automated access and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Monotype's and Cloudflare's policies describe their respective processing.
Showreel. Opening the Showreel page loads a Vimeo player and sends connection data to Vimeo, including your IP address and information about your browser. The player uses Vimeo's tracking limitation setting. This setting does not remove the connection to Vimeo: security cookies may still be required, and your browser may send previously stored Vimeo cookies. Vimeo states that it uses infrastructure in the United States and other countries.
Browser storage. The website uses local indicators to manage its introduction and navigation transitions. A previously saved animation preference may also be read. Session indicators remain within the tab's session; a persistent preference stays saved until it is cleared in the browser.
External links. Instagram, Vimeo and Facebook links open those platforms' websites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Your rights. Depending on the processing and the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and exercise your right to data portability. Send your request to contact@antoka.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the competent supervisory authority.
